1. Preheat oven to 425F. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Rub skins with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Prick with a fork in several places. Place on a baking sheet. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until tender. Let cool slightly. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  2. Cut each potato into halves lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin. Place pulp in a large bowl and skins on a baking sheet. Add remaining ingredients to pulp, mixing well. Pile into potato skins. Bake about 15 minutes.

  1. Wonderful blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Appreciate it!|

  2. My spouse and I stumbled over here coming from a different web address and thought I should check things out. I like what I see so now i’m following you. Look forward to looking at your web page for a second time.|
