1/4cup grated cucumber
1cup plain Greek yogurt (low or non-fat)
1/2tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2teaspoon salt
1clove garlic, minced
juice of 1/2 lemon


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
